Shoulder day*

New exercises for my shoulder today.
Smith Machine shoulder presses, dumbbell raises, rear dumbbell raises, upright Row, Front Plate Raise and machine shoulder presses.

For me it's very effective, I can totally feel the tightness when I pumping it up.
After my training, went to eat with my friend, cant even lift up my fork and spoon well, very tight and pain.

Every reps and sets are steps that can make me grow bigger.
I will push till my very last reps.
70
is a nice number. I must do it.

Eat, Sleep, Lift.
