"I used to fight the pain, but recently this became clear to me: pain is not my enemy; it is my call to greatness. But when dealing with the Iron, one must be careful to interpret the pain correctly. Most injuries involving the Iron come from ego. I once spent a few weeks lifting weight that my body wasn't ready for and spent a few months not picking up anything heavier than a fork. Try to lift what you're not prepared to and the Iron will teach you a little lesson in restraint and self-control."Remeber to warm up before you workout. I injure my arm few days ago. That feeling sucks!
Cant lift heavy weights and have to rest. So Be careful :D
It's 2 days out for those that compete National Bodybuilding this year. Seem very exciting.
This year National Junior and National Master compete together. Must be a good show!
Every Bodybuilder work so hard all year long just for the 1-2 mins of posing routine on the stage.
No wonder chinese got a saying" On stage 1 minute, below stage 10 years of hard work ". :)
So I respect each and everyone of the bodybuilder. It's not easy seriously. People may think that they are just gym rats, keep attending the gym everyday but seriously this wasn't a easy sport especially the diet part, it's damn hard to master not only that you have to eat clean and cardio everyday. It require HELL lot of disclipine.
This sunday 10th May at Victoria Theatre if you wanna see
MONSTERS!
I think Entry fee is about 10 -15 bucks. Anyone wanna accompany me?
Eat, Sleep, Lift.
