Have been so long since I gym with my class gym buddies.
Today seem like all of them come back to our home(gym). Sweetness.
With them, I have forgotten the word "heavy".
Just keep on lifting, shouting, they are by my side pushing me, give me more power to push.

Finally they are back, and I'm not pushing it myself anymore.
But I'm never lonely, as what Mr singapore Jr said "I have my weights, my determination, and championship with me".

Been doing research this few days about bulking diet, looking for the best that suit me, so that i can grow even bigger and stronger. hahas.
Shall share with u guys, if I master it. :)

Anyway found a very talented young bodybuilder, he's only 28 and he got 3rd for 08 Mr olympia.
