Like A Dog! (LAD) to the max.
Act confident, help people take fitness test instead i fail for people.
I feel so sorry my dear friend.
First station, pull up, happily 5 points, next standing board jump 5 points also then, sit up 5 points, last station shuttle run 5 points.
Make me so confident, thinking that getting a gold is like drinking my protein shake SO EASY!, then got extra cash for my supplement. LOL!
End up, i screwed up the last part, 2.4km run. First 3 laps, nice timing 3min plus, last 3 laps LAD walk walk walk, stamina drop a million, walk for around 2 and a half laps for the last 3 round. kept thinking mind over body, mental is there but physically cui, cannot tahan keep walking. Guess what's my final timing?
13.50 min?!?!
When i saw my timing, it hurt me alittle. My 2.4 timing used to be around 9 min plus, easily get gold. Now cant even hit 11min. Really hurt me seriously. LOL! Is it because body fat higher? suffer from leg muscle aching as i just train my leg yesterday? stamina drop? Never run for a long period of time? too bulky now? too tired after a long day of school? etc etc. keep finding excuses for myself. hahas. But the fact is, I fail.
Excuses are nails for making the house of failure.
I shall consider training back my stamina before entering NS. LOL!
Now I just don't give fark! I only know that I wanna bulk and compete for this year bodybuilding competiton.
haha.
Conclusion of my story here,
don't too confident. Past not equal to Present. LOL!
Shall not carry on that sad story, talk about my life nowadays got back my exam results, quite satisfied with it. :) hahas.
Slowly adept to my schooling lifestyle, wake up early, school, gym, eat, go home, sleep.
And it repeat and repeat over and over again. -.- What to do? life..
Alright, I shall stop here, I wanna go eat! very very hungry after that long run. I NEED HELL LOT OF CARBO AND PROTEIN Bulk Bulk bulk until I cant even run 2.4km. Muahahahaha!
