And Yes! , bedtime stories part 2 from jeff blog.

守岁(守歲) (Shou Sui) occurs when members of the family gather around throughout the night after the reunion dinner and reminisce about the year that has passed while welcoming the year that has arrived. Some believe that children who Shou Sui will increase the longevity of the parents. Some believe that "shou sui" mean protect your parents from 'nian' attack.

:D
So I'm shou-ing sui now.
Gonna drop some muscle mass :( *Shakehead*
But as long as my parents stay healthy and and increase the longevity. I Don't mind :)
Eat, Sleep, Lift.
