What a tiring day! My group of buddies came to my hse to gym and swim today. It's fun! But damn tired! Since they came I train my arm at my house gym. Didn't really did much as they wanna swim. I tried a new biceps exercise called "21" which i learn from bodybuilding.com. Very effective sio! lmao! It train the lower part of your biceps and upper of your biceps. Every set is 21 reps i did 4 sets and i can feel the tightness of my biceps. SONG!

Holiday ending soon gonna miss all the happy and good time that i spent with all my buddies, all the time that I spent pumping up my body. Hope that when school start, school work won't be so stress so that i can carry on my gyming and bulking!!!
