Next, went home sleep. Saw vosper on my way home, he ride bike i walk also can meet each other, is this what we call fate?
LOL! and yesh, meet up with my buddies vosper ake kazume and zhihua for gym and swim after my nap. Vosper went off early today. So left zhihua with me. Gay-ing. Lmao!
I learnt a lesson today, never ask your best fren to take photo for you. I asked zhi hua to take a photo of my back, he take a photo of butt, then a photo of my head. damn~ this guy never serious!
anyway here goes my back, after so much of training finally there's some improvment :)
I know is still not up to standard :) I will IMPROVE!
